HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT NATURAL ( NO PHYSICAL EXERCISE, 5 NATURAL WAYS)

There are many ways in which people try to lose weight but it become very difficult or incompatible with the environment in which they live thus leading to failure along the way.

Lack of time to practice,

Unable to afford the relevant exercises.

Today I bring you simple and natural ways to use in order to lose weight that if you carefully monitor them you can lose 10 kg in just 14 days


1. EAT MORE PROTEIN FOODS.

i. Protein keeps you satiated for a long time (it takes more time for the body to digest protein so it stays    in the stomach longer.

ii. Protein reduces appetite due to the interference of the various hormones involved in controlling / coping with hunger and satiety.

iii. Protein is the main building block of muscle building. Muscle is an important tool for dissolving body fat.

Examples of protein foods are meat, fish, eggs, almonds, broccoli, legumes, quinoa, yogurt etc.

2. DRINKING WATER REGULARLY

Studies show that drinking half a liter of water 30 minutes before every meal for an adult helps to reduce hunger and the amount of food that will be needed.

If you take more steps and drink water instead of sugary drinks like soda, beer, energy drinks and juice then you will have much better success.

Per day it is recommended by doctors to drink at least 2-3 liters of water.

3. GET TIME TO SLEEP AVOID STRESS

Insufficient sleep affects the functioning of hormones that regulate appetite (Leptin and Ghrelin).

Stress also causes the hormone Cortisol to increase in the body, which in turn leads to increased hunger and the urge to eat unhealthy foods.

4. REDUCE AMOUNT OF THE FOOD TO BE EATEN.

First of all start by serving food by yourself as you are the one who knows how much is enough for you.

Serve food based on your daily needs. If you know you have not been very active all the day or if you do not have any heavy physical activity before the day, then you have no reason to eat too much.

5. INCREASE USES OF FIBER FOODS (FIBER).

Fiber-rich foods help slow down the digestion of food in the stomach thus making you feel full for longer.

Examples of high-fiber foods are plant-based foods such as legumes such as beans, mangoes, oats, whole grains, sweet potatoes, oranges, leafy vegetables etc.
